About Goutham Matrimony Services(GMS) Terms and Conditions:
* GMS does profile sharing for Brahmin Bride & Grooms in GMS platforms (Whatsapp groups/ Telegram Groups/ Facebook Groups/ Facebook pages and any others as may be changed from time to time).
* GMS does profile sharing for Brahmin Bride & Grooms in GMS platforms (Whatsapp groups/ Telegram Groups/ Facebook Groups/ Facebook pages and any others as may be changed from time to time).
* GMS do not verify profiles personally. GMS is not responsible for any incorrect details/ fake information/ etc given in the biodata and profiles. GMS is not responsible for any claims / refunds / defamation cases, etc arising from matrimonial or any other issues.
* It is the sole responsibility of the bride / groom / parents to verify the profile themselves for the details given in the biodata / profile before proceeding.
* Any loss / claims defamation cases arising from the external persons due to the biodata / profile created in GMS or with respect to any incorrect details given in the profile will be borne by the profile creators only and GMS is not responsible for any claims or amount payable.
* GMS may delete registered old profiles after six months without any notice to the registered brides or grooms.
* GMS may delete registered profiles anytime without registered person's notice if the profile is found incorrect / misleading or for any other reasons.
* Amount once paid is not refunded for person assistance services or paid services
* Our preferred calling time 7:30 to 8:30 (both AM & PM)
* Profile details given to GMS are shared to brides, grooms, relevant persons and others without any modifications (unless requested by profile holders for profile modification) and GMS is not responsible for any fake information or incorrect details mentioned in the profile or third persons misusing it including selling GMS' free profiles or its information for money/ agent/ brokerage activities
* If any bride or groom gives incorrect information and strangers complain GMS regarding this (such as unmarried if already married/ fake income/ etc) then GMS may remove that person and his/ her profile from its records and platform and have the rights to highlight the fake or incorrect details in GMS platforms and GMS is not responsible for such defamation / errors / etc.
* Profiles should be registered by only bride/ groom or their parents. Outsiders strictly not accepted.
* GMS group members (all brides and grooms who had joined GMS) are required to agree for the below terms & conditions to participate in GMS MEET or to join GMS groups or to give their profile to GMS:
-I Hearby declare that the above particulars furnished is true and correct for the best of my knowledge and for the purpose of finding bride/ groom for self or family members only and will not use Goutham Matrimony Services' profiles for any commercial purposes including agent activities/ brokerage activities. I Accept all terms and Conditions of Goutham Matrimony Services.
-I do understand that I can use Goutham Matrimony Services (GMS) profiles only for my marriage/ family members marriage and do not have any rights to forward GMS profiles to any brokers/ agents/ any others. If I forward these to any others without the consent of GMS then I will be liable to pay Rs. 20,00,000.00/- fine to GMS and I agree for this condition.
(Here family members means only parents. Father in law, Mother in law, grandparents are not considered as family members for this purpose. For own Brothers and Sisters or in other exceptional cases it needs a letter of no objection from the registered profile (bride/ groom).

* Any kind of profile misuse/ profile registrations from non family members as mentioned above will be considered as fraud activities and leads to a fine of Rs. 2,00,000 payable to us from such fraudulent person.
* GMS share the profile based on the self declaration details given by bride, groom, family members, etc and GMS is not responsible for any incorrect ,false, fake details, defamation, etc.
