TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

Goutham Matrimony Services (GMS) is a matrimony service created exclusively for the Brahmin community. GMS acts only as a profile-sharing and facilitation platform and does not guarantee marriage or alliance finalization.

By registering, joining groups, making payments, or using any service of GMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Community Eligibility

GMS services are strictly limited to the Brahmin community.
Profiles must be registered only by:
- The bride or groom themselves, or
- Parents / immediate family members
Registration by agents, brokers, or third parties is not permitted.

3. Service Area

GMS primarily operates within Karnataka, India.
In addition, GMS also shares matrimonial profiles of Brahmin community members residing abroad, including but not limited to:

Europe
United States of America
Asia
Australia

Overseas profiles are shared based on availability. GMS does not take responsibility for visa matters, immigration processes, international travel, or legal formalities related to foreign alliances.

4. Nature of Services

GMS provides:

Free profile sharing through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, and other GMS-managed platforms
Online and offline matrimonial meetings (where applicable)
Paid Personal Assistance Matrimony Service

GMS does not verify the accuracy or authenticity of profile details. All information is provided by the profile holder or parents and is self-declared.

5. Free Registration

Free registration is available for eligible Brahmin members.
Free users’ profiles are shared in general matrimony groups.
General groups may include:
- Unmarried profiles
- Divorced profiles
- Widow / widower profiles
- Foreign-based profiles
Contact details are shared in general groups for free users.
Free registration does not include personalized matching or shortlisting.

Profile visibility and responses depend entirely on member interest and availability.

6. Paid Personal Assistance Service

GMS offers a Paid Personal Assistance option for brides and grooms who want focused support.

Under this service:

Profiles are handpicked based on preferences such as age, marital status, education, location, etc.
Suitable matches are shared personally via WhatsApp.
Paid members are not dependent on general groups for matches.
This service is provided based on availability of suitable profiles.
GMS does not guarantee marriage, engagement, or final alliance.

GMS acts only as a facilitator between families.

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments made for Personal Assistance services are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.
Once payment is made and service is initiated:
- No refund
- No cancellation
- No transfer of amount
  will be allowed under any circumstances.

This applies even if:

A match is found elsewhere
The member chooses to discontinue
Expectations are not met
Fewer profiles are available

By making payment, the user fully agrees to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

8. User Responsibilities

By using GMS services, you agree that:

You will independently verify all profile details before proceeding.
GMS is not responsible for incorrect, false, or misleading information.
GMS is not liable for disputes, misunderstandings, financial loss, or legal issues arising from matrimonial interactions.

9. Profile Usage & Restrictions

Profiles shared by GMS are for genuine matrimonial purposes only.
Profiles must not be:
- Shared with agents, brokers, or third parties
- Used for commercial or promotional purposes

Any misuse of profiles may lead to:

Immediate removal from GMS services
Blocking from groups
Penalties or fines as decided by GMS

10. Profile Removal & Retention

GMS reserves the right to remove or delete any profile at any time without prior notice.
Profiles with incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may be removed.
Profiles may be deleted after six months of inactivity.

11. Fraud & Misrepresentation

Any false registration, misuse of profiles, or unauthorized activity will be treated as fraud, and GMS reserves the right to take necessary action.

12. Limitation of Liability

GMS is not responsible for:

Marriage outcomes
Compatibility issues
Financial or emotional losses
Legal disputes between families, Defamation etc

All interactions are solely between the concerned parties.

13. Changes to Terms

GMS may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published on official GMS platforms. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.

14. Acceptance

By registering, joining groups, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions of Goutham Matrimony Services.
