If your marriage is fixed during your Personal Assistance membership, please inform GMS so that we can close your profile and Personal Assistance service.
The Personal Assistance fee is charged for the matchmaking service and committed service period, not as a refundable security or deposit.
Once the profile is activated, GMS allocates the necessary time, effort and resources to provide the Personal Assistance service throughout the membership validity.
GMS provides the promised service whether a suitable match is found early or later. Therefore, once the service has been activated, the membership fee is non-refundable, including when the member's marriage is fixed during the membership validity.
Our Service Commitment
GMS commits to providing the agreed matchmaking assistance throughout the membership validity. However, marriage is not guaranteed, and the service fee is not dependent on the outcome or duration of the matchmaking process.
