This checklist is only for those who have registered through GMS (not through BKMS). Kindly ensure the following checklist is ready before attending the Samavesha Event:
Entry Pass:
Carry your entry pass. A soft copy is sufficient, a hard copy is not necessary.
Show this at the reception counter for entry.
Profile copy:
Bring one hard copy set of the following:
- Recent photograph
- Biodata
- Horoscope
Ensure all documents are neatly stapled or pinned together and submitted to GMS desk.
Matching Profiles
- Based on details like age gap, height, etc suitable profiles will be shared (2 times with interval gap of minimum 15-20 days) from GMS database. Please follow up with the GMS team at the venue to collect these profiles at first and then after 15-20 days later for 2nd set of matching profiles.
Personal Assistance (Optional)
If you require personal assistance match making services, please let us know.
This service requires separate registration.
Biodata Submission
- Please ensure your biodata has been submitted in advance
- Only those who have filled their biodata will be included in the applicant list.
- Dont forget to send name and date of birth in telegram app after filling the biodata form so that your number will be added to GMS Telegram group - Free
After Samavesha:
- Please follow up with BKMS team (Mr. Muralidhar) for adding your profile to BKMS matrimony groups (whatsapp, facebook, google drive bride and groom separate folders)
